I made this dress for a customer who was pregnant. I used a stretchy, sturdy -high quality- brown fabric for the body of the dress. It's built to flare at the bottom when worn despite the wearer's belly size. The colar is removable on one side and the back zips long ; Both of these allow for ease of putting on. The round buttons are a very pretty, glass-like, deep red. I also made the hair pieces out of wooden spools I painted and wide pink trim. They go on by slipping the hair through and then securing it underneath each spool with the no-tangle hairband I included. I can also make the ears as well, however this customer (for Tracy in Wisconsin for AWA 2003) did not require them with her order.
